The authors were lifetime friends enjoying cooking and sharing their food and recipes with their loved ones. They cooked with love and as they always said, Every meal shared with love is a big feast. Energetic and enthusiastic, they decided to share their own and their friends recipes in a regional cuisine book dedicated to our home town. Many of us learned to cook from this book and to this day still use it often.
